Hi Everyone,
As we get older, it gets harder and harder to travel. There’s so many obligations in life that you can’t seem to avoid. Family, work, finances etc. I still remember how easy it was to just “take off” for a the entire month, 2 months – even a year! When I went to Australia – I had exactly 1.5 months, hand in my resign letter, booked my flights, found my accommodation and off I go! Now, I have a billion of things to cross my list before I can even take a week off.
There is such a difference traveling in your early/mid 20s than you travel when you are in your late 20s/early 30s. It’s true, travel while you still can, if you love exploring!!! I can’t stress that enough, there’s so much in the world to see.
I will be in Hong Kong and Japan for the little while… so with that I will see you all beautiful readers when I get back! I will leave you with this:
Be the girl who travels, questions, and over-thinks everything. Set your own standards, and never be content. Keep moving forward, and discovering.
Be the girl who travels and writes as a way of freeing her mind and sharing her passion with the world. Write as a way to remember the way you were feeling during your travels at any given moment.
Be the girl who travels and discovers herself in the meantime. Get lost, and find your way again (in life, and in travels). Be afraid of showing up alone and having no idea what to do or where to go next. Let it scare you to the point of tears. And do it anyway.
Be the girl who travels, unless of course, traveling isn’t for you. In which case, be the person you want to be, and be it fully.
Thanks so much for reading and remember to follow us on Instagram! Keep updated with my travels!
