NO.. you are not allowed to take a break from the diet and you should be on it fully for 28 days, but I will be travelling to Chicago starting Thursday and returning Sunday so it doesn’t really make sense to plan my meals for the week but only following it for 3 days. And yes, many people are super committed and would try to stay on the diet even when travelling, unfortunately I ain’t one of them. I prefer enjoying my trip and then work harder when I return. And for those who have been following my journey, it is apparent that I don’t follow the FMD diet fully. I am NOT suggesting you should do the same, I am sure if you are actually 100% committed the results would be much more noticeable. I am still losing an average 1-2 lbs a week so I plan to continue FMD as much as possible (even after the 28 days). Good luck to all who are still on the diet and I promise I will make wise decisions on my trip and not eat my hard earned 5 lbs back!
