Creating your own centre pieces

Hi Everyone,

Have you guys looked around for your centre pieces yet? I’ve been working on mine for roughly 6 months. The reason why it took so long was because it took some time getting the materials. I bought mine at Michaels! If you are interested in making these too then just follow these simple steps! It takes roughly 1 hour to make your flowerballs. (24 hours for paint to dry)wpid-il_570xn-458868089_p8n4

What you will need:
Making the flower ball:
Styrofoam balls 8inches
Cut out rose pedals (you can either buy them precut, or you can do it yourself! Just bought the pedals cutter from Martha Stewart and any paper to cut out)
Pins

Making the jar:
Any glass holder (make sure it will fit your Styrofoam balls)
Glass paint
Paint brushes
Glue gun

Adding personal touches:
Ribbons any color

Getting your Styrofoam ball, grab two pedals paper flowers you have bought or cut out and place them on your Styrofoam ball, then grab your pin and push then into the ball. Repeat until you have finished covering the ball. Make sure you leave space to glue the ball to the jar!

Let the paint sit for 24 hours so it can completely dry. Then use glue gun to glue the Styrofoam ball to the jar. Let it sit for a few minutes and you are done!!!

Now this is optional, you can add ribbons and your personalize tag!

Thanks so much for reading! Remember to send me pics when you finish! I would love to see them.
