Euphoria Wedding Designs: How to Throw a Great Launch Party!

Euphoria Wedding Designs has been in business for about a year. A couple of weekends back, they threw an intimate celebration and official launch party for their business. You might have read about them in our previous post here when I first met them!

There is a lot of work that goes into planning a party. From invites to food, and venues to music, it’s a very time-consuming process. Even tasks like getting in touch with a Sacramento table and chair rentals, for example, to get these items for the party is an important step to take.

Before the event goes ahead, everything needs to be thought out clearly and with a budget in mind. Originally, the girls wanted the party to be held at AQWA as it’s a large, open space with a great view. Unfortunately, the date they wanted wasn’t available so they opted for somewhere else. The event was amazing and they added so many personal touches. I think it really showed the business and what they’re all about. I certainly enjoyed myself.

Step 1:
Welcome your guests, and have clear signage directing them where they should go. If you are looking for somewhere to get signs from, then you could try https://www.supercheapsigns.com/. In this case, the sign is directing guests up the stairs!

Step 2:
A little welcome bubbly goes a long way! Euphoria Wedding Designs also served guests red & white vino as well as passed hors d’ – a great hostess always makes sure her guests are never hungry! Some guests are unable to have alcohol of course, it was recommended to me to get some bottled Custom Water, you can have any size you want and have the label fully customized to suit your business/event, etc. you can cater to everyone! Step 3:
Decor galore! One must always decorate a room and breathe life and creativity into it. Euphoria Weddings’ floral arrangements and decor rentals beautifully adorned the space.

Step 4:
A sweet table, because no party is complete without one!

Step 5:
There was also a professional DJ spinning tunes, a photographer snapping pics, a wedding planner on-site to answer any questions and a few other vendors and sponsors. Great exposure and good chance for potential clients to chat with some wedding professionals in a laid-back environment. There was also a slideshow to introduce Euphoria Weddings’ company as well as a portfolio of their design work, a hard copy portfolio if you wished to peruse, business cards from different vendors to pick up if you were interested and prize giveaways 3x during a 3 hour party! It’s super fun and always such a treat when you have a chance to win something! Not pictured here, but Owner and Lead Designer, Le Anne, also spoke a few words, thanking her team, colleagues and clients and made everyone feel welcome and excited to be part of her party… and her life. I’ve come to know that the company is very family-oriented, with most of her team comprising of her husband, sister and cousin. How amazing is that?!

Step 6:
A surprise element! A caricature artist was present to sketch out a fun drawing of you:

Step 7:
The fun doesn’t end there. I also believe that no party is complete without a photo booth! A step-and-repeat makes a great backdrop and is also good marketing. Here we are with the lovely owner, Le Anne, and my photographer friend, Chri of Chri Lee Photography who is amazing working with vibrant colours, capturing your emotions and putting a smile on your face!

Step 8:
Showing your past, current and prospective clients & colleagues your love and appreciation. It does not go unnoticed. Each guest left with a happy heart, smile on their face and a cute petite floral arrangement!

So there you have it! For anyone planning a launch/celebration party, these are the steps to follow. I haven’t thought about my birthday yet which is right around the corner, but I might just take a few tips from this event and put on the funnest birthday bash I can. After all, it’s the last of the 20’s…. I need to make it the best yet! Any ideas you have for me, please comment below! Looking forward to hearing from you! 😀

Congratulations Ela! 🙂 We love to talk weddings on the blog (I’m a wedding planner and Evanna just got married last year), so definitely come back for updates. just out of curiosity, Is it popular to hire a wedding planner where you’re from? here in toronto, canada, it seems like people are starting to just know what we do, so lots of educating is still needed on how we can help them with their big day 🙂

hope the planning is going well and if you ever have any questions, feel free to shoot us a message! 🙂

      XO,
      Cindy

Thank you so much! My situation is kinda complicated. I am living in Turkey at the moment and my fiance in the UK and wedding will be in Germany. Fiance’s mother&her friend are dealing with all the wedding related stuff (venue, decorations and so on), it doesn’t make me feel good not to have so much control over it. All I could do is tell them what I want and how I want it. *sigh*
If I have a question, I’ll make sure to ask you 🙂 Thanks a lot

        Ela xx

that’s so cool ela! 3 different countries, wow. is germany the final place you guys are settling in?

i suggest that you incorporate what really matters to you for the wedding and have a chat with them. send them inspiration photos. they might not know u want to be more involved and are just assuming they’ll make your life easier by making the decisions for you. when you get to personalize your wedding, it makes it so much more special – have a talk with them, share your thoughts and see where it goes… you might be surprised. at the end of the day, all they want is for you to be happy – so make sure you appreciate their efforts but also express yourself and your wishes! 🙂

          XO,
          Cindy

We don’t know where we gonna settle in yet, it will be either UK or Germany. Hopefully we will find out about it soon, more stress with all these moving things too, I better not think about it now. I have been saving photos from Pinterest as there are so many great ideas, I always send them to people who help me. At least technology is a great way of communication nowadays. Let’s see how it will turn out 🙂 xx
